Omar Naheem Jackson, 17, of Leola was arrested on Wednesday and Nazier Vega, 16, of Lancaster was arrested on Thursday, in connection with a shooting in the 300 block of Greenland Drive, Lancaster, on Tuesday, according to East Lampeter police.

At 4:58 p.m. on Sept. 12, the police received reports "that a Black male subject had fired multiple shots from a handgun and was last observed running westbound.
